Section 01

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betboy918 ("betboy918", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your access to and use of the website located at betboy918.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interface, service or feature operated thereunder.

By creating an account, accessing any feature, depositing funds or placing any wager on betboy918, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout this Agreement. Where the context requires, singular includes plural and vice versa.

Section 03

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on betboy918, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or above. betboy918 does not permit access by minors under any circumstances.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
4. You do not hold any existing betboy918 Account that is suspended, restricted or closed. Only one Account per person, household, device, IP address or payment method is permitted.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from betboy918 or had an Account permanently closed due to fraudulent or abusive conduct.
6. You are of sound mind and are not registering under any form of coercion or deception.

Section 04

Account Registration & Use

4.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian residential address and a valid contact email address. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information submitted and for updating it promptly if circumstances change.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. betboy918 recommends using a strong, unique password not shared with any other service. You must notify betboy918 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. betboy918 shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on betboy918. Duplicate Accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — are strictly prohibited. betboy918 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to void any associated wagers or Bonus credits.

4.4 KYC Verification

betboy918 may request identity and address verification documents at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal, when an Account reaches defined transaction thresholds, or where unusual activity is detected. Required documents typically include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence or Passport, and a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

betboy918 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via the following payment channels, subject to availability at the time of transaction:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay
• DuitNow (instant interbank transfer, 24/7)
• FPX — Financial Process Exchange (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect and other participating banks)
• USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency — credited at prevailing MYR conversion rate)

betboy918 reserves the right to add, remove or modify available payment methods at any time. Players are advised to check the cashier section for current options before initiating a transaction.

5.2 Deposit Processing

E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are generally credited to your betboy918 Wallet within seconds of confirmed payment. FPX bank transfers typically arrive within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to individual bank processing schedules. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are credited following sufficient network confirmations, typically 15 to 30 minutes. betboy918 does not guarantee specific processing times, as delays may occur due to third-party systems outside our control.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
3. Any active Bonus balance subject to a Wagering Requirement must be fully cleared before the bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
4. betboy918 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
5. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per method and per transaction period; current limits are displayed within the cashier section.

5.4 Refused or Reversed Transactions

betboy918 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal where it suspects fraudulent activity, where the payment method is unverified, or where required KYC documentation has not been provided. In such cases, betboy918 will notify you via your registered email address.

Section 06

Bonuses & Promotions

betboy918 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards and free spins. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer and the general conditions set out below.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

1. Bonuses are available to Eligible Players only. Players who have self-excluded or whose Accounts are under review are not eligible to receive or use Bonus credit.
2. Each promotion specifies a minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, Wagering Requirement multiplier and expiry period. These must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
3. Where a Wagering Requirement is stated as, for example, 30x, the player must wager an amount equal to thirty times the bonus value on qualifying games within the stated validity period.
4. Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired Bonus credit and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
5. betboy918 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already incurred by eligible players.

6.2 Referral Programme

Players who refer a new registrant to betboy918 using their unique referral code are eligible for a referral bonus when the referred player completes their first qualifying deposit. Both the referring player and the referred player must satisfy eligibility requirements. Referral bonuses obtained through abusive or artificial referral networks will be voided and the implicated Accounts suspended.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

betboy918 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, coordinated betting to minimise risk while satisfying Wagering Requirements, and exploiting promotional mechanics through arbitrage. Where such conduct is identified, betboy918 reserves the right to void affected Bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and permanently close the implicated Accounts.

Section 07

Betting Rules

All sports betting, casino game wagers and other forms of play on betboy918 are subject to the following general rules, supplemented by product-specific rules published within each game or betting market.

1. Wager Acceptance: betboy918 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including where the wager exceeds the stated maximum stake or where there is reason to suspect fraudulent intent.
2. Odds and Market Changes: Odds on sports markets are subject to change until the wager is confirmed. Accepted odds are binding at the time of confirmation.
3. Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where an event is cancelled, abandoned or materially altered after wager acceptance. Void bets are refunded to the Wallet at the original stake value.
4. Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a casino game session, betboy918 will resolve the outcome using server-side game records. The result of a game confirmed by our servers is final.
5. Maximum Payout: Aggregate winnings on any single wager or combination wager are subject to a maximum payout limit as published in the applicable game or sports market rules. betboy918 shall not be liable to pay winnings above this limit.
6. Mix Parlay: Accumulator and Mix Parlay sports bets are subject to the specific combination rules published in the Sports Betting section. Incorrect selections may result in the entire parlay being voided or reduced in accordance with those rules.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on betboy918. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registering as or impersonating another person, or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Opening more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes in poker or any other competitive game format.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without explicit written consent from betboy918.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical vulnerabilities in any game or market.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the Platform to process illegal funds, or structuring transactions to evade detection.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider following a transaction on betboy918.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing betboy918 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy service or other tool to obscure your actual jurisdiction where such access would otherwise be ineligible.

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betboy918 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service or damage to your device.

betboy918 makes no representation that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free of harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, third-party system failures and circumstances beyond our control may affect availability from time to time.

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited. betboy918 accepts no liability for your gambling losses. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are gambling voluntarily, with funds you can afford to lose, and that your decisions to wager are made freely and independently.

Section 10

Privacy & Data

betboy918 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform improvement. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent or request data deletion by contacting support, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records for regulatory and anti-fraud purposes.

betboy918 employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure authentication and restricted internal data access to protect your personal information. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for protecting your own login credentials.

Section 11

Responsible Gambling

betboy918 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising harm among its players. Gambling is intended as a form of paid entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It must not be treated as a source of income, a financial strategy or a means to resolve debt.

betboy918 provides the following responsible gambling tools, available through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps that prevent you from funding your Account beyond an amount you determine in advance.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration per session after which you will be logged out automatically.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict Account access for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the betboy918 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Section 12

Suspension & Termination

betboy918 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity.
• A chargeback or payment reversal initiated through your payment provider.
• Discovery that you are ineligible to hold an Account (for example, underage or in a prohibited jurisdiction).
• A self-exclusion request made by you or a request made on your behalf by an authorised third party.

Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credit subject to active Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. betboy918 is not obligated to return funds where the Account was closed due to confirmed fraudulent conduct or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting betboy918 support. Closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. You may not close your Account to avoid a pending investigation or to circumvent an outstanding withdrawal hold.

Section 13

Amendments

betboy918 reserves the right to amend, update or replace this Agreement at any time. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page. Where amendments are material, betboy918 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

betboy918 may also update specific product rules, bonus terms and payment method details independently of this Agreement. Such updates take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific future effective date is stated.
